United Airlines is set to make history by launching the first-ever non-stop flights from the United States to Dominica, a lesser-known Caribbean gem. Starting February 2025, the airline will operate weekly flights from Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR) to Douglas-Charles Airport (DOM) in Dominica.
This new route marks a significant milestone for Dominica, often called the “Nature Island” of the Caribbean. Known for its lush rainforests, hot springs, and the world’s second-largest boiling lake, Dominica has long been a hidden treasure for eco-tourists and adventure seekers.
